Our Environmental Stewards keep the city centre streets clean and presentable and free of all litter every night between 7pm – 11pm, for a cleaner and safer Swansea.
Our stewards are smart, presentable, correctly uniformed, all working with Nitenet radios. At the end of each evening shift a report is completed which includes :-
- No of refuse bags used
- Weather conditions
- Special events
- Public activity, whether quiet or busy
- Hot spots around the city and any other useful general information
